摘要
摘要邓建军是高技能人才的成功典范,高等职业教育如何培养邓建军式的人才,是今后一段时期面临的深层次教育改革问题。对学校来说,除了让学生掌握一些需要不断更新的技能资本外,社会适应性和终身发展能力培养应成为改革的攻坚目标,即培养具有邓建军精神和核心能力的邓建军式技能型人才,这也是高等职业院校应尽的社会责任。
Deng Jian-jun is the successful model of high-skilled talent persons.How to cultivate Deng Jian-jun-style talents in high vocational education has become the main thread and deep problem in educational reform for the future period.In addition to get students to master some skill capital needing constant perfection,cultivating the social adaptability of students and lifelong development ability should be regarded as the uppermost target,that is,cultivating Deng Jian-jun-style talents with Deng Jian-jun spirit and core capability,is the social responsibility of higher vocational colleges.
