和谐视野中高职院校心理健康教育发展的现实选择

A Realistic Choice for Harmonious Development of Mental Health Education in High Vocational Education

本文从分析高职院校心理健康教育的实践入手,对高职院校心理健康教育中存在'低效'困境的形成原因进行分析,提出应该正确认识心理健康教育与德育之间的关系,正确区分心理健康教育与心理咨询的异同。同时根据实践经验提出,心理健康教育的有效途径应该是工作组织化,课程开设形式及内容多样化及咨询工作科学化,师资队伍专业化。

The paper analyzes practice process of mental health education in high vocational,gives the reasons for the"inefficiency"of mental health education.A correct understanding of the relationship between mental health education and moral education should be made to distinguish their similarities and differences between mental health education and psychological consultation.At the same time,based on practical experience it suggests that the approaches of achieving effective mental health education can be as follows:systematic work,diversiform content,scientific counseling and professional teachers.
