摘要
高职院校是培养高素质、高技能应用型人才的重要教育基地之一,高职院校的班主任必须明确高职院校的人才培养目标与班主任管理工作的责任定位。积极探索科学的班级管理机制,真正成为大学生成长过程中的指导者和引路人。
Vocational colleges are important educational bases of training talents with high-quality and high-skills.Class teachers of high vocational colleges must clearly understand the goal of talent training and the responsibility of class management.And they must explore mechanisms of class management actively so as to serve as trusted counselors and genuine guides in the growing process of college students.
