摘要
比较分析了传统塑料模具设计流程和基于CAE技术的塑料模具设计流程。以一典型塑料产品为例,分析了其结构特征和质量要求,选用Moldflow软件对该产品不同方案的模具设计进行CAE模拟分析。从而说明,使用CAE技术可以缩短产品开发周期,优化注塑模设计,提高模具设计效率。
Introduces the traditional injection mould design process and process of injection mould design based on CAE technology. Take one plastic products as an example, has analyzed its structural characteristic and quality requirement, imitate different injection mould design with Moldflow software. So as to prove, use CAE technology to shorten products development period, optimize injection mould design.
