Investigation and Analysis on High Vocational Freshmen’s Mental Health Status

高职学生的心理健康状况作为其学习、生活和成长过程中的心理背景,与其成才、成人关系密切,直接影响其品德的形成、人格发展和社会适应,心理测试旨在为学院开展心理健康教育工作,提高学生素质提供心理学依据。根据调查结果分析,建议从建设心理健康教育队伍、开展系列心理主题教育、通过多种渠道、多种形式开展心理健康教育和心理辅导服务、营造有益于学生心理健康发展的校园环境等多个方面来对新生进行心理健康教育。

High vocational freshmen’s mental health status, as part of psychological background in the process of their study, living and growing-up, is close to their future talent and development, has a direct impact on the formation of their moral character, personality development and social adaptation. Psychological tests can provide some preparation for our college’s mental health education work and improving the quality of students. According to the survey analysis, freshmen’s mental health education can be carried out from the following aspects such as constructing mental health education team, developing series of psychological themes of education, through various channels, carrying out various forms of mental health education and psychological counseling services and creating campus environment benefiting to students’ mental health development.
