浅谈我国企业多元化经营现状及存在的主要问题 被引量:7

Research on Present Situation and Main Problems of Enterprises’ Diversification in Our Country

摘要 自著名的产品——市场战略大师安索夫于20世纪50年代提出企业多元化经营战略以来,多元化经营战略逐步发展,成为企业集团发展壮大的一种典型方式,是企业发展到一定阶段扩张规模、规避风险的战略选择。中国实施市场经济的时间不长,但是中国的企业在追求卓越的过程中,也越来越多的选择了多元化战略。文章主要分析我国企业多元化经营的现状并总结了存在的主要问题。 Since the famous product-market strategy master,Ansoff put forward pluralistic strategy in 50’s of 20th century,the pluralistic strategy has been developed progressively.It has become a kind of typical way that enterprise groups develop themselves and a strategic choice for scale expansion and avoiding risks when enterprises develop into a certain stage.The implementation of China’s market economy is not long,but during the process of pursuing excellence performance more and more Chinese enterprises choose the diversification strategy.The paper analyses the present situation of enterprises’ diversification in our country and summarizes the main problems.
