当今,大学生就业已经成为社会的焦点问题,就业工作也随之成为高校各项工作的重中之重。此项工作并不是高校就业部门单方面的任务,如果每个教师,尤其是专业教师能始终将'以就业为导向,以服务为宗旨'作为专业教学的指导思想并贯穿于整个教学活动,那么作为培养高素质、高技能人才摇篮的高职学院在就业工作上就有可能比一般的普通院校更加占有先机。

Nowadays employment of college students has been the focus of social problems, and it has become the priority of all the college work.It is not unilateral work of the employment department, if each teacher, especially professional teacher can think of "job-directed, service-oriented"as the guidance of professional teaching and carry it out throughout the whole teaching activities, then high vocational colleges as the cradles of talents with high quality and high technology will take the advantage for employment over the common colleges.
