浅议职业核心能力训练

On Professional Core Capabilities Training

国家劳动和社会保障部经过近十年的研究,确定了我国职业核心能力的内容,制定了职业核心能力评价标准,编写了能力训练手册,根据行为导向教学法,设计了OTPAE五步法。本文就具体在实施职业核心能力训练时,如何真正体现'以学生为主体,教师为主导'的职业教育理念,提出了职业核心能力训练的七个原则。

After nearly 10 years of research, the National Ministry of Labors & Social Security has confirmed the contents of Chinese professional core competence, established the professional core competence evaluation standards and written ability training manuals.According to behavior guide teaching, five-step teaching method named OTPAE has been designed.The paper puts forward seven principles of core competence training focusing on embodying vocational training concept of "student-centered, teacher oriented".
