Constructing Work-integrated Learning Implementing Plan under Stage-based Strategies in Network Experimental Specialty

高职院校推行工学结合人才培养模式是高职教育改革的必选之路。常州轻院推崇的'双证融通产学合作'和'工学结合'其实是异曲同工。本文以计算机网络专业为例提出了'阶段化全方位'实施工学结合方案及实施注意事项,其目的培养学生的综合职业素质和就业竞争力。

Implementing talents training model of production and education cooperation is a must option of higher vocational education reform in high vocational colleges.Work-integrated learning serves the same purpose as talent-training model of combination of dual-certificates,production and education cooperation canonized by Changzhou Institute of Light Industry Technology.Based on the computer network major,the paper presents a work-integrated learning implementing plan under stage-based strategies and implementing considerations aiming to cultivate students’ comprehensive quality and employment competence.
