摘要
高职创业教育对教师的素质和能力提出了新要求,要求教师有较为合理的知识结构,熟练掌握本专业的技能技巧,掌握创业知识和创业技能,具备较强的专业实践操作能力及创新与开拓能力等。加强创业师资队伍建设,重点抓好加快'双师型'教师队伍建设,同时拓宽教师来源渠道,发挥兼职教师作用。
High vocational enterprise education puts forward new requirements for the quality and ability of teachers,such as having rational knowledge structure,having a good command of professional skills and techniques,acquiring knowledge and skills to start business and strong professional practice and innovation and development ability.Teaching staff constrction must be strengthened by focusing on building "Double Title" teaching staff,broadening the source of teachers and exerting part-time teachers’ power.
