摘要
高职教育的产品(即学生)是为企业和社会服务的,产品的质量是否合格、功能是否齐全,最终是由企业与社会来评判的。高职院校对学生应按照国家职业标准与企业生产岗位标准的要求进行培养,使学生在课堂的学习与未来的实际工作零距离对接,从而服务于学生与社会发展。为此,高职院校应'走出去',深入实际调研本地区产业结构的特点以及毕业生就业企业的特点,这样的教学改革才能有的放矢,才能满足企业、社会、学校、学生的要求。
Students,products of high vocational education aim to serve enterprises and society,whether the quality of the products are qualified or not and whether their functions are complete or not are decided by enterprises and society.College students should be cultivated according to national professional standards and enterprises’ production post standards and college education should aim to realize "zero-distance" between student’s learning and future practical work so as to serve the development of students and the society.As a result,vocational colleges should step into the society to survey local industrial structure’s characteristics and specialties of the enterprises in which their graduates are employed.Teaching reform must be done with a definite object to satisfy the requirement of enterprises,society,colleges and students.
