职业心理素质是指与人所从事的职业匹配的心理素质的总和,职业心理素质结构包括由从事相关职业的知识技能等心理品质构成及从事特定职业所需要的职业价值观等社会心理因素。影响高职生职业心理素质发展的因素除了客观上来自社会的约束和家庭的影响外,主观上自身的心理素质成为个人处理难以预料的困难和矛盾的特殊能力体现。职业心理素质培训主要包括职业定向时期、职业选择时期和就业过程中的职业心理培训和职业心理调适。

The quality of professional psychology refers to the summation of mental quality matched with profession which people are engaged in.Its structure includes the elements of psychological quality related to professional knowledge and skill,and psychosocial factors such as occupational values of college students taking specific career.Elements influencing high vocational students’ professional mentality development lie in subjectively personal psychological quality becoming special competence embodiment dealing with difficulties or inconsistency difficult to prediction,besides objectively restriction from society and influence from family.The training of the quality of professional psychology mainly includes professional psychological training and adjustment during the period of professional direction,the period of professional selection and obtaining employment.
