摘要
本文分析了高职院校战略人力资源管理的内涵以及战略人力资源管理在高职院校师资队伍建设中的作用。从战略人力资源管理出发,提出了高职院校师资队伍建设的若干具体措施。
The paper analyses the connotation of strategic human resource management in higher vocational colleges and its function in the construction of teaching faculty.Then the paper puts forward a number of concrete measures of the construction of teaching faculty form the strategic human resource management.
