人类社会经历了三个历史发展阶段:前工业社会、工业社会和后工业社会。随着人类社会文明的逐步发展,技术在持续不断地变化着,技术教育也在不同的历史发展阶段不可避免的与这些变化共生。尤其是作为后工业社会的技术教育将会面临新的问题与挑战,一种新时代背景下的技术教育正以一种创新的、非正式的方式呼之欲出。

The human society has gone through three stages:pre-industrial society,industrial society and post-industrial society.With the progressive development of human civilization,technology is correspondingly changing,and so is the technical education,which will face new problems and challenges during the post-industrial society.And therefore,an innovative technical education against the new era background is approaching.
