人本德育是一种新的学校德育范式。目前高职院校德育教学与管理工作中存在着实效性低下等种种问题,各类高职院校在新形势下积极研究和探索德育教学与管理工作的新思路及新方法,本文坚持科学发展观,以马克思人学理论为指导,尝试将人本化自主体验式模式运用于德育教学与德育管理工作中,以进一步提高高职院校德育工作的针对性、实效性。

Humanistic moral education is a new paradigm of school moral education.In higher vocational colleges there are some problems in moral education teaching and management mode,the lowness of actual effect included.Exploration on new ideas and new methods in the new situation is being actively done by different higher vocational colleges.With the guidance of scientific development view and Marxist thought of human,the paper adopts man-centered autonomic experiential pattern in moral education teaching and management to develop pertinency,effectiveness of moral education.
