论网络环境下图书馆信息服务转型的对策

On the Countermeasures of Library Information Service Transformation in the Network Environment

网络环境给图书馆工作带来了广泛而深刻的影响。图书馆要想生存发展,要想更好地为教学、科研、社会大众知识普及等工作服务,必须拥有特色馆藏,优质服务,并不断推进图书馆的数字化建设,提高信息服务质量。文中分析了图书馆信息服务转型的背景,并对如何建立网络环境下图书馆信息服务的新模式,以及图书馆如何转变服务模式,创建服务型图书馆做了探讨。

The network environment has brought extensive and profound impact to the library work. In order to improve and provide better service for teaching, researching and knowledge popularization, college must explore their own characteristic collections and create high quality service system, and constantly push forward to construct digital library and improve the quality of information services. This paper analyzes the background of library information service transformation, and also discusses about how to create a new information services mode against the network environment, as well as how to change the mode of service and construct service library.
