For the rapid development of new information technology, revolutionary changes have taken place in information resource structure and ways to obtain information, which has brought great challenge to higher vocational colleges’ library service, so it is difficult for the traditional service model to satisfy the readers’ deep-level needs. Therefore, only to change service concepts, innovate service model, improve service connotation, can realize sustainable development. Innovating idea of management, optimizing resource allocation, and promoting reading are the driving force for library service innovation.
