高职教育经过几十年的发展,在人才培养模式和课程改革方面取得了长足的进步,但高质量课余生活的缺失,严重影响了人才的培养质量;要想培养全面发展的高素质技能型应用人才,高职教育需要提升'课余生活'文化内涵,开辟另一个'职业人'成长的主战场,也只有这样,高职教育才能真正走上内涵式发展的道路。

Through decades of development, higher vocational education has made great progress in talents training model and curriculum reform. However, the lack of after-school life of high quality has affected the quality of talents seriously. Therefore, in order to cultivate all-round high-leveled skilled talents, higher vocational education should promote the cultural connotation of after-school life. This is really important for the connotative development of higher vocational education.
