One of the characteristics of higher vocational education is that it is to carry out the personnel training combined the enterprise and social demand for talents, guided by the market. This paper expounds the practice and process in the cooperation of Department of electronic and electrical engineering in Changzhou Institute of Light Industry Technology and Chinese Baixing Group CO.LTD, sums up the effectiveness and response, and puts forward specifi c administrative suggestions.
