摘要
随着高职教育的不断改革,高职院校中的社团组织在教育教学中承担着越来越重要、越来越多元化的功能。在新形势下,社团组织发展面临一些困境,主要有缺乏创新模式、商业色彩浓厚和缺乏可持续发展。在职业核心能力视角的关照下,要加强社团文化建设,明确社团价值取向,优化校企合作,从而不断探寻有效的社团构建策略。
With the continuous reform of higher vocational education, community organizations in higher vocational colleges take more and more important, more and more diverse functions than before in education and teaching. In the new situation, the development of community organizations face some diffi culties mainly in lack of innovation mode, strong commercial color and the lack of sustainable development. In view of occupational core competencies, we should strengthen the construction of community culture, clear its value orientation and optimize school-enterprise cooperation so as to continuously explore effective community constructing strategies.
