摘要
以职业胜任和胜任特征为视角,通过对当下高职院校毕业生双选的困境进行分析企业、学生在双选中出现的问题,提出高校应努力的方向:厘清企业人力资源招聘及胜任模型特征,厘清学生对就业、职业和职业精神的理解和培养学生职业价值观。并从校企、校生之间应有的反思进行阐述如何在职业胜任视域下做好高职院校毕业生双选工作。
From the perspective of occupational competency and competence features, The paper focuses on some problems of enterprises and students, and analyzes divergent selection’s dilemma of higher vocational graduates, proposes some directions that colleges should endeavor as follows: to clarify the enterprise human resources recruitment and competency model characteristics, to clarify students’ understanding on employment, vocation and professional spirit, to cultivate students’ professional value view. The paper then discusses how to improve higher vocational graduates’ divergent selection from the aspect of school-enterprise and school-student.
