高职理实一体化课程考核改革探索——以酒店管理专业《客房服务与管理》课程为例

Status Analysis of scientific literacy and Humanistic Quality of Higher Vocational Students——A Case Study of Changzhou Science and Education Town

理实一体化的高职《客房服务与管理》课程目标是培养学生具备胜任酒店行业客房部岗位工作的职业能力,课程考核是为实现课程教学目的、检测学生学习成果和教学质量的重要手段。基于对高职《客房服务与管理》理实一体化课程考核体系与传统课程考核体系区别的分析,确立了该课程考核体系改革的势在必行,高职《客房服务与管理》理实一体化课程考核体系改革应明确课程考核的指导思想、设计课程考核的整体方案、制定课程考核的评价标准等。

To pay more attention to the popularization of scientific and humanistic knowledge, to improve students’ scientific literacy and humanistic quality are important ways to realize students’ all-round development from a personal point of view. From the national level, improving the public scientific literacy and humanistic quality is the urgent need to enhance the comprehensive national strength. This paper discusses the status of scientific literacy and humanistic quality of higher vocational students and puts forward some corresponding suggestions.
