摘要
本研究主要采用'职业决策困难量表'对高职生进行问卷调查,探讨高职生职业决策困难的现状及影响因素。结果表明,不同性别和专业类别的高职生在性格犹豫不决上存在差异,不同年级高职生在外部冲突上存在差异,独生子女与非独生子女在信息不足和内部冲突上存在差异,不同生源地的学生在性格犹豫不决上存在显著差异,有无工作意向的学生在信息不足上存在极其显著的差异。在分析差异的基础上提出建议与措施,以期为高职生的职业辅导提供参考依据,帮助高职生作出合理的职业决策。
This research mainly uses career decision-making difficulty scale to investigate vocational college students, explores the status and influencing factors of career decision-making decision difficulty of higher vocational students. The results show that there are differences on hesitation personality with different genders and different professional categories. There exist differences in the external conflict with different grades. Between the only-children and non-only-children, there are differences in the lack of information and internal conflict. Students from different have significant differences in hesitation personality. There are significant differences in lack of information between no–job-intention and job-intension students. Based on analyzing the differences, the paper gives some suggestions and measures in order to provide some occupation guidance reference for higher vocational students and to help students to make rational decisions of the occupation.
