摘要
本文针对当前工科高职生综合职业素质培养存在的突出问题,根据课题研究提炼出的体现工科高职大学生综合职业素质核心要素的五度模型结构,从"社会环境适应度"、"职业精神支撑度"、"企业环境融合度"和"职业规划发展度"四个方面论证通过培养工科高职学生营销能力来实现营销能力与工科专业能力之间的复合,从而有效提升其综合职业素质的可行性。
The paper discusses the current problems of vocational college students’ comprehensive occupation quality training in engineering.According to the structure of the five-degree model extracting the core elements of the comprehensive occupation quality,the paper discusses how to realize the integration of marketing ability and engineering ability by cultivating engineering students’ marketing ability from four aspects of social environment adaptability,occupation spirit support,business environment,occupation planning and development so as to effectively enhance the feasibility of comprehensive occupation quality.
