常州科教城共享实训基地的建设与管理实践——以现代工业中心家电基地为例

Construction and Management Practice of the Shared Training Bases of Changzhou Science and Education Town——Taking the Home Appliance Base of Modern Industrial Center as an Example

常州科教城共享实训基地建设是政府推动高等职业教育事业的重要举措,是全国高职教育园区"集约发展、资源共享"的典型代表。文中以现代工业中心家电实训基地为例,主要从实训基地建设、管理以及存在的问题三个方面对共享实训基地的建设和管理经验作了分析和总结,以期为实训基地最大限度地发挥其功能提供一定的借鉴作用。

The construction of shared training bases of Changzhou Science and Education Town is an important measure for the government to promote the higher vocational education. It is a typical representative of the "intensive development and resource sharing" of higher vocational education parks. Taking the home appliance training base modern industrial center as an example, this paper analyzes and summarizes the experience of sharing training base’s construction and management from three aspects of training base construction, management and existed problems in order to provide a reference for training bases to maximize their functions.
