摘要
随着我国高职院校分类考试招生改革的不断深入,考试形式和具体内容也存在许多差异。本文试图将心理选拔技术的应用作为招考要素,将其在招考中的实践应用进行探析。
With the deepening of China’s Vocational College classification reform of examination and enrollment, examination forms and details always have many differences.This paper trys to apply psychological selection as recruitment technology elements in its practical application in the conduct of recruitment.
