论工具软件在高校技术类课程教学中的重要作用——以Solidworks在机械设计与制图类课程教学中的应用为例

On the Importance of Tool Software in the Teaching of Technical Courses in Colleges and Universities——Taking the Application of Solidworks in the Teaching of Mechanical Design and Drawings as an Example

结合Solidworks软件所具有的建模形象逼真,能够动态展示零件的剖切,可以进行虚拟装配以及能获得装配体爆炸视图等功能。从课堂教学的角度出发,举例讨论了Solidworks在建立基本体模型,动态展示平面与基本体相交、绘制基本体投影、切剖面视图、装配及装配体爆炸视图等机械设计与制图类课程教学中的难点问题。探讨了Solidworks在丰富课堂教学内容,提高学生空间想象能力和设计思想的表达能力,激发学生的学习兴趣,提升学生绘图、读图的实际技能等方面的作用,指出将Solidworks用于课堂教学,能有效降低机械设计与制图类课程的教、学难度,提高学生的学习兴趣,有助于取得良好的教学效果。

Combined with modeling’s lifelike image, Solidworks software can dynamically display parts of the cutting, carry on virtual assembly and get the assembly body blast view. From the point of view of the classroom teaching, the paper exemplifies some problems of mechanical design and drawings course teaching including establishing the basic model, dynamic display of the plane with basic intersection, drawing basic body projection, cutting section view, assembly and assembly body explosion view. Then the paper discusses the role of Solidworks in enriching classroom teaching content, improving students’ space imagination ability and design expression ability, stimulating students’ learning interest, enhancing practical skills of students’ drawing and reading etc. The paper finally points out that Solid Works can effectively reduce difficulties of teaching and learning in mechanical design and drawing course, increase students’ interest, help to obtain good teaching effect.
