摘要
顶岗实习是高职院校教学计划中的重要组成部分,也是学生思想、心理发生重大变化的关键时期,建立高职学生顶岗实习心理危机"三层三段"教育模式,全面构建高职学生顶岗实习心理维护与发展教育体系对学生顺利完成实习任务、开发心理潜能具有重要意义。
Internship is an important part of vocational college teaching plans. It is also a critical period of students’ major changes in thought and psychology. We shouould establish vocational students’ "three- level and three-stage" psychological crisis educational mode during post practice, build comprehensive vocational students post practice psychology maintenance and development education system to help students successfully complete Internship mission and develop their psychological potency
