高职院校大学生创业基地运作管理模式探讨——以常州轻工职业技术学院为例

目前我国各类高校都开展了创业教育,而且很多高校建立了创业基地,但由于起步较晚,创业基地没有形成规范合理的管理模式,在具体的运营和管理中还存在一些问题,本文分析了创业基地的概念和功能,对常州轻工职业技术学院大学生创业基地进行了调研,详细介绍了学院创业基地的具体运作管理模式和基地机构设置,总结出学院创业基地取得的成效。

The Report to the 18 th National Congress of CPC put forward "to encourage multi-channel employment and multi-form employment, promote entrepreneurship". Ministry of education also requires colleges and universities to carry out entrepreneurship education, to carry out entrepreneurial activities relying on entrepreneurial parks. Entrepreneurial bases in higher vocational colleges provide convenient platforms. At present, many colleges and universities have established entrepreneurial bases. Due to a late start, there are some problems in the specific operation and management in the exploratory stage, and do not form the standardized and rational management mode. The paper analyzes concept and functions of entrepreneurial bases, does research into the college student entrepreneurial base of Changzhou Vocational Institute of Light Industry, introduces specific operation management pattern and the institutional base settings in detail, and summarizes the effectiveness of entrepreneurship base.
