From Teaching Supervision to Educational Supervision——Exploration and Practice of Educational Supervision in Changzhou Vocational Institute of Light Industry

高职院校的教育督导是指在学校内部开展的、代表学校内部最高管理方对人才培养全过程的监督、检查、评估和指导工作,教学督导只是教育督导的其中一个重要部分。高职院校要以'三个符合度'为工作理念,从确定工作原则、建立组织机构、明确主要内容入手,利用一定的实施方法和手段开展校本教育督导工作。

Vocational educational supervision refers to the whole process of supervision, inspection, evaluation and guidance of talents within school as the highest representative. Teaching supervision is an important part of educational supervision. Higher vocational colleges should utilize certain methods and means to carry out school-based education supervision taking "three-conformity-degree" as the working idea from determining working principle, establishing organizational structure and clearing main contents.
