德国职业教育教考分离的借鉴

Study on Teaching-testing Separation of Vocational Education in Germany

摘要 本文在分析我国职业教育教考分离现状与存在问题的基础上,提出从内涵上借鉴德国职业教育教考分离的经验,在考试内容的完整性、能力认定的科学性、检验过程的连续性、评价主体的多元性等方面进行整体性的改进完善来解决问题,达到检验并帮助提高人才培养质量的目的,走出一条具有自身特色的教考分离道路。 Based on the analysis of the status and problems of vocational teaching-testing separation in China, the paper puts forward that the experience of Germany’s teaching and testing separation should be used for reference from the connotation. In order to solve the problems, the overall improvement should be done from integrity of examination contents, science of ability identify, continuity of inspection process and diversifi cation of evaluation subjects so as to achieve objectives of improving the quality of talent training and a unique path of the separation of teaching-testing.
