摘要
随着工业4.0的时代到来,产业迅速转型升级对职业院校提出新的要求,导向工作体系的职业教育必须加强与工作的联系,直接对应工作过程的实训教学必须进行改革,培养产业所需要的技术技能型人才。本人从产业转型发展对人才质量标准提出的新要求入手,分析职业院校实训教学的现状及存在的问题,提出增强实训教学质量的对策,完善职业教育体系。
With the coming era of Industry 4.0, the rapid industrial transformation and upgrading is leading to new requirements for Colleges and universities. The task-oriented vocational education should strengthen ties with the jobs and reform the practical training teaching directly corresponding to work process so as to develop technical and skilled talents needed by the industries. Based on new requirements of the talent quality criteria for industrial transformation and development, the paper analyzes the present conditions and existing problems, and proposes the countermeasures to enhance the quality of practical training teaching and improve the vocational education system.
