摘要
运用SWOT分析法剖析了大学生创业情境,分析了校友支持大学毕业生创业的可行性,指出校友资源是搭建大学生创业平台不可或缺的资源。借鉴国外高校借助校友资源支持大学生创业的成功经验,并就政府层面、高校层面、创业教育三个方面提出了有效开发与管理校友资源的策略和建议,倡导充分重视和利用校友资源支持大学毕业生创业,推动大学生创业工作发展。
The paper uses SWOT method to analyze the current situations of college students’ entrepreneurship, discusses the feasibility of students’ innovative undertaking supported by the alumni, and points out that alumni resources are indispensable for constructing the entrepreneurial platform. Based on the successful entrepreneurial experience of college students with the help of alumni resources in foreign universities, it raises strategies and suggestions in aspects of government, university and entrepreneurship education, advocates full attention and use of alumni resources to support undergraduates to start their own business, and promotes the development of entrepreneurship.
