高职院校学生四维素质与培养路径探究

Students’ Four-dimensional Qualities and its Training Ways in Higher Vocational Colleges

摘要 高职院校承担着高级技能应用型人才培养的任务,应凸显高等性、职业性和教育性,三者不可偏废。在既定办学体制下,准确定位和特色发展的同时须主动转变办学理念,确立素质教育思想,紧抓学生四维素质即专业素质、职业素质、人文素质和身心素质才能促进人与社会的双重发展。高职院校基于校情可从专业模块教学、校企合作育人、通识课程和身心教育方面着手,改革教育与教学中的不足,全面培养学生四维素质。 Vocational colleges undertake the task of cultivating specialized talents with advanced skills, and they embody higher, professional and educational characters of higher education, all of which can not be neglected. Under the present school-running system, it needs to transform the school management concepts with accurate position and distinctive development, and focus on the students’ four-dimensional qualities, namely, professional quality, vocational quality, humane quality and physical and mental quality, so as to promote the personal and social development. Based on the school situation, the colleges can reform the education and teaching in terms of module teaching, school-enterprise cooperation, general courses, humanistic quality, and physical and mental qualities, to develop students’ four-dimensional qualities.
