摘要
基于麦可思公司对常州轻工职业技术学院2013届-2015届毕业生就业工作调查报告,从毕业生就业满意度、现状满意度、对母校满意度三个方面对旅游系四个专业就业情况进行分析,从而提出旅游系学生就业工作存在的就业率低对口率不稳定、月收入低流失率高等问题,最后提出提升旅游系学生就业质量的意见与建议。
Based on the MyCOS report on graduate employment of Changzhou Vocational Institute of Light Industry from 2013 to 2015,the paper analyzes the employment situation of four specialties in the tourism department from the three aspects of employment satisfaction,current state satisfaction and alma mater satisfaction,and points out that tourism graduates have some employment problems,such as low employment rate,poor professional counterparts rate,low monthly income,and high turnover. Also,the paper provides some comments and suggestions to enhance the employment quality of tourism graduates.
