脉络宁注射液联合环磷酰胺对慢性肾小球肾炎患者血液流变学、肾功能、PAI-1及t-PA的影响

Effect of Mailuoning Injection Combined with Cyclophosphamide on Blood Rheology, Renal Function, PAI-1 and t-PA in Patients with Chronic Glomerulonephritis

目的研究脉络宁注射液联合环磷酰胺对慢性肾小球肾炎患者血液流变学、肾功能、纤维蛋白溶解酶原激活物抑制剂-1(PAI-1)及组织型纤溶酶原激活物(t-PA)的影响。方法选择我院2015年3月-2017年3月收治的175例慢性肾小球肾炎患者,随机分为2组。对照组经环磷酰胺治疗,观察组联合脉络宁注射液治疗,比较2组的治疗效果。结果观察组有效率高于对照组(P <0.05);2组血液流变学相关指标均改善,且观察组更优(P <0.05);2组肾功能相关指标均明显降低,且观察组更低(P <0.05);2组的血清PAI-1水平均降低,t-PA水平均升高,且观察组更优(P <0.05)。结论脉络宁注射液联合环磷酰胺可有效改善慢性肾小球肾炎患者的血流速度和肾功能,并平衡其血清PAI-1及t-PA水平。

Objective To study the effect of Mailuoning Injection combined with cyclophosphamide on blood rheology,renal function,PAI-1 and t-PA in patients with chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods 175 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group was treated with cyclophosphamide,and the observation group was treated with Mailuoning Injection.The therapeutic effects of the 2 groups were compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the blood rheology related indexes of the two groups were improved,and the observation group was better(P<0.05).The renal function related indexes of the two groups were significantly lower,and the observation group was lower(P<0.05).Serum PAI-1 levels were decreased in both groups,t-PA levels were elevated,and the observation group was better(P<0.05).Conclusion Mailuoning Injection combined with cyclophosphamide can effectively improve blood flow velocity and renal function in patients with chronic glomerulonephritis,and balance its serum PAI-1 and t-PA levels.
