Clinical Observation on Acupuncture at Huantiao Point for the Treatment of Lower Extremity Pain

目的观察针灸强刺激环跳穴治疗腰突下肢痛的临床疗效。方法将66例符合纳入标准的患者随机分为治疗组、对照组1和对照组2,各22例。通过比较各组之间数字疼痛评分(NPRS)、腿痛Oswestry功能障碍指数评分(ODI)治疗前后的差异,判断3组临床疗效。结果 3组之间NPRS、ODI均较疗前显著改善(P <0.05),且治疗组改善程度优于其他2组(P <0.05);3组的总有效率分别为90.91%、77.27%和54.55%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论针灸强刺激环跳穴治疗腰突下肢痛的疗效较其他2组更好。

Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture on the treatment of lower limb pain of lumbar intervertebral disc prolapse.Methods 66 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 3 groups:treatment group,control group 1 and control group 2,22 cases in each group.By comparing the differences of NPRS and ODI before and after treatment,the clinical efficacy of the 3 groups was judged.Results NPRS and ODI of the 3 groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement degree of the treatment group was better than the other two groups(P<0.05).The total effective rates of the 3 groups were 90.91%,77.27%and 54.55%,respectively,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical curative effect of acupuncture on the treatment of lumbago and lower limb pain was better than the other two groups.
