复方五凤草液对结核性溃疡家兔创面愈合的影响

Effect of Compound Wufengcao Solution on Wound Healing of Tuberculous Ulcer Rabbits

目的探讨复方五凤草液对结核性溃疡家兔创面愈合的影响。方法 36只新西兰兔随机分为模型组、异烟肼组、亲水性纤维含银辅料组、复方五凤草液高、中、低剂量组6组,每组6只,建立结核性溃疡模型。并分别造模后0 d、3 d、7 d、14 d、21 d计算创面愈合率;切取创面肉芽组织,进行TB-PCR量化监控、并统计各组的创面愈合时间。结果各组间创面愈合时间均有统计学意义(P <0.05或P <0.01);除0 d、3 d,各组各时间点的创面愈合率有统计学意义(P <0.05或P <0.01);除0 d、3 d,各时间点组间创面组织中TB-PCR表达的差异有统计学意义(P <0.05或P <0.01)。结论结核杆菌数量会影响结核性溃疡创面愈合;复方五凤草液通过有效减少创面结核杆菌数量促进愈合。

Obective To discuss the Compound Wufengcao Solution on the affection of rabbit in tuberculous antrum wound surface.Methods The 36 cases of New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into 6 groups:tuberculous antrum group,isoniazide group,the aquacel-Ag group,Compound Wufengcao Solution high dose group,Compound Wufengcao Solution medium dose group,Compound Wufengcao Solution low dose group,6 cases per group.After the model was established successfully,create 0 d、3 d、7 d、14 d、21 d to calculate the the wound healing rate,and cut out the granulation tissue,use TB-PCR quantification monitor to count wound healing time of each group.Results Wound healing rate of each group has statistical significance(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Besides of 0 d and 3 d,wound healing rate of each group at each time point has statistical significance(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Besides of 0 d and 3 d,there are statistically significant differences in the expression of TB-PCR in wound tissues between different time points(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusions The number of mycobacterium tuberculosis would affect the healing of wound surface;Compound Wufengcao Solution can promote healing effectively by reducing the number of tuberculous antrum wound surface.
