吉林省护理专业学生人文关怀能力现况研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的调查吉林省内护理专业学生人文关怀能力现况及影响因素。方法采用人文关怀能力评价量表、组织关怀气氛问卷、情绪智力量表、支持性沟通量表作为核心测量工具对吉林省内三所院校总共455名护理专业大一学生的人文关怀能力进行调查。结果关怀能力评价量表总分(179.71±27.35)分;组织关怀气氛总分(157.16±35.17)分;情绪智力总分(174.47±32.52)分;支持性沟通总分(103.13±20.66)分。结论 1)接受调查学生的人文关怀能力,处于中等水平,影响其人文关怀能力的主要影响因素为熟悉护理人文关怀内容,学校的人文关怀氛围浓厚,民族,担任过班干部,性别,自己既往健康状况,是否有过照顾患病者经历,生活在一个充满关爱的家庭里,我的老师很关爱我和对目前所学专业的喜爱程度。2)应从显性教育和隐性教育的角度提高护理专业学生的人文关怀能力。 Objective To investigate the current status and influencing factors of humanistic care ability of nursing students in Jilin Province.Methods CAI,OCCQ,EIS,SCS were used as core measurement tools to investigate the humanistic care abilities of a total of 455 nursing major freshmen in three institutions in Jilin Province.Results The total score of care ability evaluation scale(179.71±27.35);the total score of organizational care atmosphere(157.16±35.17);the total score of emotional intelligence(174.47±32.52);the total score of supportive communication(103.13±20.66).Conclusion The humanistic care ability of the first-year nursing students in the three colleges and universities in Jilin Province is at a medium level.The main influencing factors affecting the humanistic care ability are familiarity with the humanistic care content,and the school’s humanistic care atmosphere is strong.As a class cadre,gender,his past health status,whether he has experienced the care of the sick,living in a caring family,my teacher is very concerned about me and the degree of love of the current major.The humanistic care ability of nursing students should be improved from the perspective of explicit education and recessive education.
