延续护理对心力衰竭合并抑郁患者抑郁情绪及生活质量的影响

Effects of Continuing Nursing on Depression and Quality of Life in Heart Failure Patients with Depression

目的探讨延续护理对心力衰竭合并抑郁患者抑郁情绪及生活质量的影响。方法选择心力衰竭合并抑郁症的患者82例采用随机数表法分为试验组和对照组,各41例。对照组接受常规健康教育,试验组在此基础上以延续护理模式为理论依据,构建心力衰竭合并抑郁患者从入院、住院至出院社区的全程延续护理方案。分别于入院时和出院后3个月、6个月采用自制疾病知识掌握情况调查表、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和汉化的明尼苏达心力衰竭生活质量问卷(MLHFQ)对患者进行测评。结果出院后3个月和出院后6个月,试验组疾病知识掌握情况得分高于对照组(P <0.05),SDS评分和HAMD评分低于对照组(P <0.05);出院后3个月、6个月,试验组MLHFQ评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论延续护理有助于帮助患者掌握疾病相关知识,稳定抑郁情绪,改善心功能,提高生存质量。

Objective To explore continuing care in heart failure patients with depression in the rehabilitation of application effect.Methods 82 cases of patients with heart failure were divided into experimental group and control group by random indicator method.The control group accepted routine health education,on the basis of the experimental group and the continuity of self care.Respectively on admission and discharge for 3 months,6 months after the disease knowledge questionnaire,homemade depression self rating scale(SDS)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and the localization of the Minnesota Heart Failure in the quality of life questionnaire(Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Question naire,MLHFQ)of patients is evaluated.Results 3 months and 6 months after hospital discharge,the disease knowledge score of intervention group was higher than the control group,while the scores of SDS and HAMD score were lower than the control group;6 months after hospital discharge,the intervention group MLHFQ score higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The continuity of nursing will help the patients to master health knowledge,improve depression reduce hospitalization rates again,improve the quality of survival.
