基于加速康复外科理念营养不良胃癌患者口服营养补充的研究进展

Research Progress of Oral Nutrition Supplement for Patients with Dystrophic Gastric Cancer Based on the Concept of Accelerating Rehabilitation Surgery

本文旨在探讨对实施加速康复外科理念的营养不良胃癌患者术前应用口服营养补充的效果研究。研究结果显示,营养不良是影响患者预后的危险因素。对存在营养不良的胃癌患者,口服营养补充是实施加速康复外科营养治疗的首选手段。术前给予营养治疗,应用加速康复外科理念,术后未增加患者切口感染、吻合口瘘等并发症的发生率,联合营养筛查、营养评估,诊断营养不良的程度,制定个性化的营养治疗方案,进行营养干预,对改善患者临床结局有重要的意义。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of oral nutrition supplementation before operation for malnourished gastric cancer patients with the concept of accelerating rehabilitation surgery.The study shows that malnutrition is a risk factor affecting the prognosis of patients.For gastric cancer patients with malnutrition,oral nutritional supplementation is the preferred means of nutritional therapy for accelerated rehabilitation surgery.Nutrition therapy was given before operation and the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery was applied.The incidence of incision infection and anastomotic fistula was not increased after operation.Therefore,the combination of nutritional screening,nutritional assessment,diagnosis of malnutrition,formulation of personalized nutritional treatment programs and nutritional intervention are of great significance to improve the clinical outcomes of patients.
