Tan Yilun’s Pulse Theory and Its Clinical Application

全国名老中医谭异伦教授以传统脉诊为基础,40年来潜心脉学,提出三部分阴阳、左右分气血、治疗分主次来诊察疾病的学术观点,对脉诊起到执简驭繁的作用。在近几年时间里有幸随侍谭老师身旁,亲得老师脉学教诲,获益良多,现将老师诊脉思路及临床运用记述如下,与大家共享。

Professor Tan Yilun,a famous veteran TCM doctor in China,has devoted himself to pulse theory for 40 years on the basis of traditional pulse diagnosis.He put forward the academic viewpoint that cun-guan-chi three parts of yin and yang,left and right pulses of qi and blood,and treatment should be divided into primary and secondary stages,which made it easier of pulse diagnosis.In recent years,I have had the honor to accompany teacher Tan to learn from him,and I have benefited a lot.Now I will share teacher Tan’s pulse theory and its clinical application.
