推拿结合Mulligan技术治疗青少年颈椎病

Clinical Observation of Massage Combined with Mulligan in the Treatment of Juvenile Cervical Spondylosis

目的观察推拿结合Mulligan技术治疗青少年颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将80例青少年颈椎病患者随机分成治疗组与对照组,各40例。治疗组采用推拿结合Mulligan技术治疗,对照组采用推拿治疗,观察2组治疗2周后的颈椎功能障碍指数量表(NDI)、疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)及Borden值的变化,并作比较与分析。结果 2组治疗前后Borden值、NDI、VSA评分比较均具有统计学意义(P <0.01);2组之间比较治疗后Borden值、NDI、VSA比较均具有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗组治愈率37.5%,总有效率95.0%;对照组治愈率22.5%,总有效率87.5%;治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异比较有显著性(P <0.05)。结论推拿结合Mulligan技术治疗具有较好的临床疗效,效果优于常规推拿法。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of massage combined with Mulligan in the treatment of juvenile cervical spondylosis.Methods 80 cases of juvenile cervical spondylosis patients were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with massage combined with Mulligan techniques and the control group was treated with massage therapy.The changes of cervical dysfunction index(NDI),pain visual analogue scale(VAS)and Borden’s value were observed and compared between the two groups after 2 weeks of treatment.Results Both groups showed a significant change in Borden’s value,NDI and VSA scores after treatment(P<0.01).The Borden’s value,NDI and VSA scores were significantly dif ferent between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).The curative ef fect and total ef fective rate of the treatment group were 37.5%and 95.0%,respectively,versus 22.5%and 87.5%of the control group.The curative ef fect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Massage combined with Mulligan technique has a good clinical ef fect in the treatment of juvenile cervical spondylosis,and the ef fect is better than massage.
