7例经颈静脉入路支架成形术治疗静脉窦狭窄的围手术期护理

Perioperative Nursing Care of 7 Patients with Venous Sinus Stenosis Treated by Stenting via Jugular Vein Approach

目的总结7例经颈静脉入路支架成形术治疗静脉窦狭窄的围手术期护理经验。方法护理重点包括术前的安全护理、术中颅内静脉窦测压、颈静脉穿刺的护理配合;术后颈静脉穿刺点的观察与护理,以及相关并发症的预防等。结果通过围手术期精心护理,7例患者均取得满意疗效,好转出院。结论行颈静脉穿刺保障术后重视穿刺点的观察和评估、防范术后并发症是病人顺利康复的关键。

Objective To summarize the perioperative nursing experience of 7 patients with venous sinus stenosis treated with stenting via jugular vein approach.Methods The key points of nursing includes preoperative safety care,intraoperative intracranial venous sinus manometry,and nursing cooperation of jugular vein puncture;the observation and nursing of the jugular puncture point after operation,and the prevention of related complications,etc.Results All the 7 patients have achieved satisfactory results and discharged from hospital through intensive perioperative care.Conclusion The key to the successful rehabilitation of the patients is to pay attention to the observation and evaluation of the puncture point and to prevent the postoperative complications after the jugular vein puncture.
