心绞痛贴膏联合情志护理治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛

Angina Pectoris Plaster Combined with Emotional Nursing for Stable Angina Pectoris of Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨心绞痛贴膏联合情志护理治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法选取100例于我院进行治疗的冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者,按随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和治疗组,各50例。对照组给予者常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上应用心绞痛贴膏联合情志护理配合治疗,2组进行为期20 d的治疗。比较2组临床疗效、中医症状积分改变情况,对比治疗前后2组焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)的评分变化,并分析其对患者焦虑抑郁情绪的影响。结果治疗组中医症状积分降低较对照组更为明显(P <0.05);治疗后,2组SAS、SDS评分均降低,且相较对照组,治疗组降低更为显著(P <0.05);治疗组治疗后临床效果优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论心绞痛贴膏联合情志护理能够起到活血化瘀、疏肝行气、宁心安神之效,可以明显改善患者临床症状和体征,缓解患者焦虑、抑郁的情绪,对于冠心病稳定性心绞痛有较好的的治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of angina pectoris plaster combined with emotional nursing on stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods 100 patients of stable angina pectoris in our hospital were selected for experimental study and randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 50 cases in each group according to the table of random number.The control group was given conventional treatment,while the treatment group was treated with angina pectoris plaster combined with emotional nursing on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 20 days.The improvement of clinical efficacy and TCM syndrome scores were compared;the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores were observed;the influence of the treatment scheme on patients’anxiety and depression was analyzed.Results The TCM syndrome scores in both groups were decreased,and the treatment group decreased significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS scale in both groups were decreased significantly after the treatment,and the treatment group decreased significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05).The results showed that the clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of angina pectoris plaster combined with emotional nursing has the ef fects of promoting blood circulation,removing blood stasis,soothing the liver,promoting the circulation of qi,calming the heart and tranquilizing the mind,which can obviously improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients,relieve anxiety and depression of patients,and has a good therapeutic ef fect on stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,and is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
