《黄帝内经》是我国现存最早的一部医学经典著作,其中蕴含有丰富的中医护理方法,文章从生活护理、饮食护理、情志护理等方面对该书所蕴含的护理学方法进行了挖掘整理和归纳,提出调节阴阳、顺应四时、劳逸适度、和于术数的生活护理方法;饮食有节、定时定量、冷热适宜、谨和五味、药食同补的饮食护理方法;以情胜情、恬淡虚无、真气从之,精神内守,病安从来的情志护理方法,对现代中医护理学理论和实践有着重要的指导意义和研究价值。

Huangdi Neijing is one of the earliest medical classics in China.It contains abundant nursing methods of traditional Chinese medicine.This paper explores and summarizes the nursing methods contained in the book from the aspectsof life care,dietary care and emotional care.It presents lifestyle nursing methods,such as regulating yinyang,changing according to four seasons,balancing work and rest,and applying health preservation techniques.It brings up dietary nursing methods,such as abstemious diet,regularity in timing and amount of food,proper food temperature,balancing the five flavors,and medicine and food supplement.It also demonstrates emotional nursing methods,such as emotionally focused therapy,tranquilized mind,harmonious genuine qi and keeping a sound mind so that diseases will have no way to occur.It has important guiding significance and research value for the theory and practice of modern traditional Chinese medicine nursing.
