中医治疗原发性失眠的研究进展

Advances in the Treatment of Primary Insomnia by Traditional Chinese Medicine

中医治疗原发性失眠是从整体论治以改善机体的自主神经功能,提高睡眠质量的一种手段,也是目前临床较为常见的治疗方法。中医对于原发性失眠的治疗方法,主要包括针灸治疗和中药治疗。针灸治疗主要是在调节营卫、平衡阴阳跷脉、安和脏腑等理论指导下辨证施治;中药治疗以补虚泻实、调整脏腑阴阳为基本原则。通过对近十年来中医药治疗原发性失眠的相关临床研究文献进行总结,为广大中医临床工作者提供更全面的失眠辨证治疗思路,以期更好地提高临床效果。

The treatment of primary insomnia by TCM is a holistic treatment to improve the function of the autonomic nervous system and sleep quality.It is a common treatment in clinical practice.TCM treatment of primary insomnia mainly includes acupuncture and moxibustion treatment and Chinese materia medica treatment.Acupuncture therapy is mainly based on syndrome differentiation and treatment under the guidance of balancing yingfen and weifen,coordinating yin qiao channel and yang qiao channel,and harmonizing zang-fu viscera.The basic principle of traditional Chinese materia medica treatment is tonifying deficiency and reducing excess,adjusting yin and yang of zang-fu viscera.By summarizing the relevant clinical research literature on the treatment of primary insomnia by traditional Chinese medicine in the past ten years,we can provide more comprehensive treatment ideas of insomnia syndrome dif ferentiation,in order to better improve the clinical ef fect.
