摘要
目的 :通过小鼠游泳试验、爬杆试验以及相应的生化指标 :血尿素、血乳酸、肝糖原、及脑内谷氨酸(Glu)和 γ-氨基丁酸 (GABA)含量变化对复方虫草片进行抗疲劳功能的研究。方法 :分光光度法分别测定血尿素、血乳酸、肝糖原含量 ,高效液相 (HPLC)测定小鼠脑内谷氨酸 (Glu)和 γ-氨基丁酸 (GABA)含量。结果 :给予不同剂量受试物 2 8d后 ,与对照组相比爬杆时间和游泳时间显著提高 ;血清尿素氮明显降低 ;肝糖原含量显著性提高 ;运动后 0 min和 15 min血乳酸含量分别降低并趋于正常对照。脑内谷氨酸 (Glu)和γ-氨基丁酸 (GABA)含量高于对照组 ,以上结果均有显著性差异。结论 :复方虫草片配方中虫草与其他药物的配伍可能具有调整体内代谢作用并能快速加强机体恢复 。
objective:To study the effects of complex cordycepin tablet on the biochemical criterions,such as of the plasma urea,lactates,live glycogen,and the brain gluatmic acid(Glu)and γ aminon butyric acid(GABA),which of the mice after swimming and climbing Methods:The plasma urea,lactates,live glycogen were detected by spectrophotometry The brain Glu and GABA were analyzed by HPLC Results:After 28 days supplied with complex cordycepin tablet,the times of swimming and climbing of treated group were increased noticeable,the plasma urea content was lower but live glycogen was higher significantly than the control group,finishing the exercise,the plasma lactate recovered to normal level in 15 min The concentrations of Glu and GABA were higher respectively than the control group Conclusion:Complex cordycepin tablet has obvious effects on exercise inducde fatigue
