硅胶片巩膜层间填充治疗难治性青光眼

Surgery with silicone installed on sclera flap for difficult glaucoma.

目的 通过手术巩膜层间填充硅胶片防止巩膜滤瓣瘢痕形成 ,促进房水引流 ,治疗难治性青光眼。方法 对难治性青光眼 1 3例 (1 4眼 )施行硅胶片巩膜层间填充 ,术后观察眼压。结果 术后随访平均 1 8月 ,眼压低于 2 1mmHg者占 54 %。结论 用硅胶片作为人工房水引流装置 ,填充于巩膜下 ,术后能有效地控制难治性青光眼的眼压 。

Objective Surgery with silicone installed on sclera flap,to prevent closure of the fistula and provide a shunt for aqueous humour for difficult glaucoma.Methods 13 cases with 14 eyes with silicone flap implant under sclera flap. Results Intraocular pressure less than 21mmHg was achieved in 54%,following up mean 18 months after surgery.Conclusion Silicone flap drainage“bleb” also is one “artificial drainage devices”(adds) which is good way to control IOP for malignant-glaucoma.
