降糖1号治疗2型糖尿病临床观察

Clinical Observation of "Glucose-Reducing Ⅰ Decoction" in Treating Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

为观察降糖 1号对 2型糖尿病疗效 ,78例 2型糖尿病患者随机分为降糖 1号组 (4 0例 )和D860 组 (3 8例 ) ,观察治疗前后血糖变化及生活质量改善情况。结果 :用降糖 1号患者在降低血糖及提高生活质量方面均优于D860 对照组。提示降糖 1号在控制血糖、改善症状 ,提高生活质量 ,减轻、减少、延迟并发症的发生与发展方面 。

To observe the therapeutic effects of 'Glucose Reducing Ⅰ Decoction' in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus,40 cases in treatment group were treated by the Decoction and 38 cases in control group by D 860 .The blood glucose and life quality were compared before and after treatment.Results:In treatment group,blood glucose fell strikingly and life quality improved greatly in comparison with control group.It is indicated that the Decoction can control blood glucose,improve symptoms and life quality,lessen and delay the occurrence of complications.
